What this means "Eating well" ?

A Benedictin, a Bernardin, a Carthusian monk and an Augustin, what have they thus in common ? They are Monks. Bravo !!!

And how they are represented in the literature and the painting ?

Ventrus characters, holding wine bottles, or brandishing fattened chickens and rabbits, or still raising a wide smile on one limp of cheese.

Contrary to what we could bilieve, this establishment is not held by monks, but by Odile and Eric who are also of "Bons Vivants".

In a typically alsatian place, Odile and Eric shall concoct you dishes with such a hapiness as you will return there, as all these people who noted this address in their diary.
