And how they are represented in the literature and the painting ?

Ventrus characters, holding wine bottles, or brandishing fattened chickens and  rabbits, or still raising a wide smile on one limp of cheese.

Contrary to what we could bilieve, this establishment is not held by monks, but by Odile and Eric who are also of  "Bons Vivants"
