- Alsace's Museum of Communication : This Museum retraces 2000 years in the history of the Postal Service and Telecommunications.
- The Thieves'Tower : The Tour des Voleurs' was one of the old prisons of Riquewihr, the seat of feudal justice in the era when the town belonged to the Dukes of Wurtemberg.
- The Winemaker's House : The Tour des Voleurs' interconnects with the "Maison du Vigneron", wich dates from 16th century, where you can see in particular :
* The kitchen with its old ustencils
* A bedroom with its furniture
* In the storeroom and the wine cellar, various objects associated with the work of the cooper and the winemaker.
- Dolder Beffroi : The Tour du Dolder, a defensive gateway (1291) and Belfry, houses a museum of local antiquities on four floors : Collection of weapons, old locks and fittings, cooperage equipment and traditional arts and crafts.....as well as various documents and objects wich tell the history of the town of Riquewihr and its inhabitants. Beautiful view over the roofs of the town.
CHRISTMAS AT RIQUEWIHR
The amazingly preserved town of Riquewihr makes it absolutly unmissable when exploring Alsace. At Christmas time, the town is literally "bathed" in light and its Exceptional Christmas market runs from 1 to 16 December 2007.
